How come "NO FAIL" mode doesnt work?

How come "NO FAIL" mode doesnt work?
yeah I have kids that love to play this but they are just starting and they are frustrated that there isnt a working NO FAIL MODE. I see it on many fofix skins but when we enable it wont work. anyone pls help me with this issue my kids will love it!!

It could be possible that the no fail option is broken. But we would need someone else to confirm this.
