Call for new moderators

As mentioned in my other topic, we're interested in taking on about 3 moderators. This isn't a very difficult or time-consuming position, but still one that requires maturity, diplomacy and most of all, common sense.

Reply below with who you think would be a good moderator. They should be established and trusted by others in the community. No recommending yourself (yet). Just write a name and a quick reason why you think so. Also feel free to +1 or comment on other user's posts.

I'm recommending AlexTaylor.

He is online all the time. Although I'm new here, I've been on a lot and every single time he's on.
I was curious and sent a message (over at his G+), asking him how often he comes online here. He said he tries to check up on here at least once every 1-2 hours.

He was also very friendly. I was worried that he was going to be annoyed, but nope, he was completely cool about it.

I think sygenysis /bombdude24 would be a good choice. He's mature enough for it, nice, and online on a regular basis.

Since I can remember Rayne has been helping folks with issues regarding this community|scene. umm...yeah.

While I am editing this, I might as well nominate Nobby too. He gets on these forums every once in awhile to try helping out people when he can.

I vote for Raynebc or Bluzer.. They are both long standing members and well liked, who know how the forum works and what is/isn't tolerated. And they have both given in big ways to the community, in one form or another.

Raynebc and nobby have both been around for a long time, and are very helpful, consistent, and objective, so they get a +1 in my book. I think those are all good qualities to have for the position, and experience/time should definitely be an important factor, and should get higher consideration over relative newcomers. (Like me and AlexTaylor :O)

That being said, I think that people newer to the community might bring more dynamic ideas to the table, and shouldn't necessarily be dismissed because of experience, alone, if that person is committed, and displays the earlier stated qualities on top of that, then they're just as good a candidate. Because of this, I'm also putting in a +1 for AlexTaylor.

No disrespect to Bluzer, he'll always be my biggity boy, and he'd be my top pick after those 3.
