5 or 6 drum lanes songs

Hello boys/girls,

Are there any songs on this forum which are fretted for 5 or 6 lanes or just 4 standard lanes?

A friend of mine borrowed me his Ion Drum Rocker set and it has 4 drums and 2 cymbals and I've found only songs that use the drums.

I want songs that use all 6 components.

I know I need Phase Shift for that. But where can I find songs for Phase Shift? I know you can import songs from FoFiX but I want 5 or 6 drum lanes songs.

RB Series or RB3 Thread, play the songs in Pro mode in Phase Shift(=Drums Adv), for 5 lane GH songs, your gonna have to wait a little more longer for that.

oh,oh stupid me. you mean that the GH songs will pe posted on that thread soon? First time I tought maybe a new version of FoFiX will be released:))

Now I have another question/problem: on my Ion Drum Rocker I have 4 drums (Yellow, Green, Blue, Red) and 2 cymbals (Yellow and Green). The 5th lane on those songs should be assigned to a cymbal? Or how is the correct assignment? I mean I don't want to hit a drum and a cymbal to be heard in the actual song.
(I hope I've made myself clear, sorry if I used bad english)

I think I mapped the Green Cymbal to the Orange when playing a 5 Lane Chart on a RB3 Drumkit ( which the Ion basically is ).
The game should allow you to play any RB3/Adv Drums chart in 5 Lane mode where the green Cymbals will be moved to the Orange Lane. The same goes for the reverse, so a 5 Lane chart can be played in 4 and 7 Lane modes too.

well, I've noticed that when I select Adv Drums on Phase Shift, all the songs I've downloaded from that RB3 thread are on 7 lanes. Is there a way to restrict them to 6? I only have 2 cymbals. If I would have a 3rd cymbal that wouldn't be a problem but in my country I can't find an extra one.

Will the game change to 6 lanes automatically when the Ion Drums are detected?

I'd be interested in learning more about this because I bought an Ion drum kit recently as well. Out of box, it only does have the two cymbals. It would be nice to have an option to either:
1. Remap the missing cymbal to a tom, as per Rock Band's method.
2. If that can't be done because the same color tom was being used at the same spot as the cymbal, just drop the cymbal note from the chart.

I do plan on getting a third cymbal, but I want try see how well the other cymbals work and decide if I should replace the original two.
