I'm not sure if this is related, but when I visited this site on my iPod, it redirected me to a virus site.

Fortunately it was my iPod.

T3HM3T4L:I've tried to sign up for Rock Band but they just won't allow me. They keep complaining I have to 'be over 18' while I've already been 18 for over half a year, and a sign up where I noted I was born in the '50s STILL GAVE ME THAT MESSAGE

So if anyone could help me get these templates, I'd very much appreciate it. I need it to edit notes and stuff for my Rock Band 2.

Yup, same thing happened to me. It's a fake virus scan.

I check this site several times a day, and had no problem. Then again, I use Firefox and NoScript.

As did I. Seems to be a widespread hack affecting many GoDaddy sites. Just click No or Cancel to the popups and you'll be ok. If you don't keep your browser updated, well, you may be screwed ;)

I've taken the steps to undo the hack, so please PM me if you see it again, including the page that you were trying to load up. Make sure to clear your browser's cache first too.

i can confirm this as well.... i got a redirect to a fake virus scan..... idk why, i just hit the back button, and POOF, i was on some random nonsense of a virus scan....

@The spam: if the spam is being posted from a single IP, you know what to do. But if they're behind seven proxies we need to take better ways of filtering spam posts. How about hiding new threads which have certain spammy words ((spam), boots) and a low post amount?

@The redirects: I would deny javascript globally with NoScript and FF or simply disable JS on other browsers.
I havent been arround long enough to notice it so I don't care that much bout it either.

It seems to mostly happen to me if I stay on the first page too long without logging in, after I log in it doesn't happen for some reason.

working off something we talked about earlier, i just got a redirect as i went on the homepage.... didn't click anything, but i was signed in... i wound up with some loading screen for something that froze up my IE browser...
