The main point I seemed to get from that interview is:
Sami Kyöstilä wrote:Because Unreal Voodoo is now working on our next game project, Frets on Fire is now mostly in maintenance mode from our point of view, which means that we are not actively working on new features for the game at the moment. But don’t worry — there is a very vibrant development branch called FoFiX which adds tons of new features and improvements at an incredible rate.
Sami Kyöstilä wrote:All fans should have a close look at FoFiX as a hint of things to come.

So... Does that mean they're shifting the focus more onto FoFiX being the future and not necessarily focusing on Frets on Fire anymore?

Also, I will be looking forward to Unreal Voodoo's next game project.

I'm going to take a quote from my friend and say, "Dragonforce wins instantaneously!"
PM me for my Wii or DS Friend Codes.

Since "DragonFail" "sucks" so much, I won't post anything related or about them any longer.

Frets on Fire can become a “Guitar Hero” opensource? This is the plan?

While Guitar Hero has been a source of inspiration for us, we’re not
out to make an exact replica of it. Instead, we want to focus on our
own unique approach to rhythm gaming.
FoFiX developers take note.

Although with the new FoFiX theme that is being designed right now by the community and all that, FoF seems to be moving back into being its own game and not just an open source GH/RB clone. Which is awesome.

Spoiler:

Memes are so funny hahaha I'm splitting with laughter I can't control this laughter at this meme which uses a word incorrectly oh hahaha

:glare:

That was EPIC.

My songs. All made in EOF, beat-synced and note-synced, not very many missed notes.
