Hi guys! ^^ I would like to know if it is possible to play Dragon Force - Through The Fire and Flames in expert or hard with keyboard? Or it's only possible in the guitar?



How long did you take to master Dragon Force - Through The Fire and Flames in medium and hard? =O i love the music but only can do 98% in easy =X


I've been playing for a less than a week and only can do 98% in easy =\

I play with a keyboard and I usually end up on 85% in TTFAF (both puppetz and the GH3 version).

I can't really see what's so bloody special about guitar controllers, except for the strum, whammy and of course the shape.

I use keyboard, and I've got 97% on Expert on my own song. Haven't played it in a long time though...

It took me 2 months after I started guitar hero to beat it on expert on the xbox360. I beat hard after a week... It pretty much depends on how much you want to learn the intro. The rest of the song is very easily passable. Decided to just sit down one day and learn to tap the intro... and surprise, as soon as I got past the intro the rest of the song was in the bag. Devil went down to Georgia is probably harder overall but I passed it first chronologically... but again, it's all about the intro.

The FoF version can be much much easier depending on your timing / HOPO settings...

I can't play TTFAF expert or hard on a guitar or keyboard. I suck, I know lol But to me it doesn't even make a difference. It just depends what you get used to using.

I've only played the GH3 version, and I can barely pass medium on a good day (I just suck). But I will say I find playing with the keyboard easier in general (even with a gap between F4 and F5).
I prefer a guitar controller for star power and whammy, but for just playing, I can't go past my old Apple keyboard.

Probably because playing with the keyboard is too much of a hassle; it's easier to use guitar controllers.

I adapted to keyboard alt strumming very nicely, and it's fun to do every now and then, but overall I don't see why not to use a guitar controller.
