Yes. Just don't forget about ".0" part, value must be float.

Just tested PyGame midi module. It's really great! :D I don't know if it's faster than PyMidi, but it's easy-to-use.

What, no greetings to me? Everybody forgets me :(

I did see that pygame now has a midi module, that's nice! However, does it only play midis or can it read and parse them as well?

Hey guys, i'm back. I was on a vacation for half a month, and i couldn't wait to update FoFix.. I come now and i don't see anything special.. I guess people are on vacations, summer resting and stuff. Can someone explain me in a few words what's happening new with developement, so i don't have to read all the pages i missed? :wink:

3.120 Beta 2 is out (if you missed that). Other than that there hasn't been that much happening really.

Oh and people keep complaining on your Metallica theme thread that the clone theme has no Mediafire link :wink:

Addon Fix For Rock band Fender Stratocaster guitars.

For those of you that have the Fender with batteries in it, even tho it is hooked up to your PC or console, this is for the devs too

when batteries are in guitar. and SP, OD is activated, analog SFX switch becomes active.
without batteries SP and OD work, but no analog effects, effects still work in solo mode.

I picked up a RB guitar and noticed...please feel free to utilize this note as further dev, in fofix, thnxs

Ok, well, I tried getting help from the tech support section but everyone ignored me so this is what I need help with:
I downloaded the newest version of pygame(1.9) from the FoFiX Google page(hoping for a performance increase) and downloaded the version of Python that's associated with it(2.451 or something). I installed Python to my program files and let pygame do it's thing(don't remember where it installed). I tested it out in FoFiX(ver. 3.100) and it didn't seem like I was getting a performance increase. After playing a few more songs I can confirm that I am now getting more lag. I'm just wondering if A. Did I install everything in the right place? and B. If not, where do I install it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Installing python and the required source modules (even though you didn't install all of them) does not do anything to a pre-existing installation of FoFiX.

Those modules are for running FoFiX from source. And respectfully, without meaning to offend you or anyone else, if you don't understand what that means then you shouldn't do it.
