Better get the source... SVG available in a normal release(pre 1.3.110) Download inkscape and mess with it in that., if you wish to render a rastorized image use inkscapes export function

It's not just text using the seaweed font there's circles with a circle radiant as well for about every character.

Please just use the existing SVG source instead of reinventing the wheel. The image abvove is a export to png of the svg.
