This is just my opinion, but the notes in your first post should be make into keys, and the keys into note tails. You could make the notes themselves the default yellow blocks, with starpower ones question-mark blocks. You could also make hitflames based on the coins, so when you hit a note it looks like you get a coin...
Some of these graphics interest me. I may make some up myself later.

do you mean a RB-like rock meter and GH-like bulbs? I don't think you can have both (unfortunately). If you have the RB rock meter, you have to use the RB overdrive meter...
That being said, I prefer RB themes to GH as I personally feel there's a lot more flexibility in the graphics.
By the way, shouldn't this be in the WIP section?

And it was in WIP for a while, but no one was helping me, and i didn't know what to do...

I... went kinda nuts. I fixed up the hitflames (needed adjusting for RB theme), made fret buttons notes and tails (including killswitch tails), as well as a main menu and options menu.
To test them I dumped the files in a copy the megalight theme folder. So you can download the "theme" I've done so far and have a look and tell me if you like it or not...

Just a note, you might also want to put blazingamer in the thanks, as he made the megalight theme that this is now based off.
I also added this theme to the FoFiX theme list. I hadn't done this earlier because I hadn't considered a full theme. When I get an opportunity, I'll download and have a look at what you've done

Nice job! this is really great. just one thing. is the hitflame those big cactus things? if so they might get annoying popping up everytime you hit a note or chord. just my opinion tho. anyways this is awesome. great work
