Yeah, I got my November Rain vid taken down for using the mp3 audio (I overlaid it on the video instead of the natural sound)

I posted a video that had a Weird Al song in the background (it wasn't a FOF video), and it got taken done.

That was about 4 months ago, still pretty gay.

I know someone who got their video removed of them playing a Metallica song on their guitar (he contacted youtube, they said someone reported the video). The thing to remember is a copyright infringement removal can be requested by anyone. You just have to report the video.
