I just recorded a teaser video of one of my Kamelot's songs and youtube took it out saying that it was copyright infringiment! Wth!!!

A lot of people post videos everyday both oo fof and gh with customs, and I've never heard anything about that!

Try some modifications to the tags and title. Other than that there isn't much you can do I'm afraid. If anything it should reflect badly on Kamelot and nothing else.

Actually, you can leave a commentary voice over on your video. That's what one person had to do when comparing RB2 and GH:WT tracks (same problem).

Adding voice disqualifies copyright claims by the band? Doesn't make much sense but if it works, it works.

The actual music is ruined by your voice, so nobody would want to record/rip the song from your video, then listen to it on their iPod with your backrgound track. Even I wouldn't do that.
