RF-mod-4 Discussion - Questions, suggestions, whining

fof version. this one always crashes. i remember i downloaded before, had the same prob. the game somehow hangs after i play a song once or during the song. can it be resolved?

i need help with lyrics i did what i had to do change the name to script.txt and in the conf file lyrics = True and doesn't show.

There is a BUG with other language than English (French for example).

After a long search (i was thinking about unicode Bug), i found finally ...

You should replace Language.pyo in the library.zip by the original from FoF

hey rogue i found a problem and i dont know if its an RF-mod problem, but here it is.

when u hold GREEN and RED is ho/po, if u still with the green pressed and STRUM red, u miss... theres no way to do it, and in alot of songs u need too hold green and strum higher hopos... some songs are impossible without that.

u cant double strum everything, when u have to hit a hopo in the middle it misses.

The computer that I'm using.. "restricts," I guess you could say, the "Run" program. It also disables the right-click feature. Is there any other way I can delete the fretsonfire.ini?

With RF-mod-4.15 you can run it from the command line any specify the '--config reset' option

But I am not sure you can do that if you've got restrictions on how you run it

hey! this is a really great mod so thanks

however, the GH mod isn't showing up for me: the browser still shows the album art on cassette tapes, instead of CD's, the title screen remains the original, and only the keys and notes have changed in the game screen (the background remains the same). is there a solution to this problem?

I have a question, why are HOPO's damn near impossible even with them turned on? Also, when they are turned on, I find myself HOPO'ing strum notes? It's totally messed up!
