what about instead of a whammy bar we should put .............A KILLSWITCH!!1 like putting in a guitar2.ogg that would just be silent and if you press a certain button it switches to that ogg and then let go of it, it goes back to the normal guitar1.ogg

that would be easy.
And to make the low .ogg for whammy just open it with audacity and Change Pitch and set it down by 50% or something.

(oh, but the whole "killswitch" concept has nothing to do with whammy... great idea, but calling it killswitch means something else entirely)

not quite.
A killswitch makes your guitar silent.
So I guess you could use a blank ogg for that case.

I think your idea is cool, but if you want a song to go silent when you HIT a note, that would be confusing.
Then you need an engine to tell the blank.ogg to switch off X-amount of milliseconds after you hit a note...
kinda complicated

thats what i mean and i dont mean to hit a note but to use it as an effect for the holding notes like buckethead, RATM, etc.
