Or, it could be set up so people could make their own careers in customized ways.
I.E. for easy, a punk career (sorry punks, but it's true) where you only need 80% per song on each tier to move on.

I'm still looking forward to a list with a tiers and customizable tier names.
Doubt it will happen, but I don't really care.
Career mode would be nice though. You can pretty much do it yourself though, with your imagination.
