Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.39 (100% success rate)
Version 2.39 is now in the first post. It fixes issues with the handling of malformed MIDI files, but the big improvement is support for Rocksmith format lyrics.

I re-built the project with an option that's supposed to resolve this problem, and posted it again. Let me know how this one goes.

Yeah its working now.
btw, is there a way to trim or have a negative offset to the lyrics? I have a midi file I want to offset -3.350s so it starts earlier then where it originally is.

Good to hear it's working.
About your question, just use the -offset parameter (which is a number subtracted from each lyric's timestamp). Make sure to check the readme file if you have any usage questions, everything should be covered pretty well in it.

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.39 (100% success rate)
I understand how to use it, it tells me in the command prompt that negative vaules are not allowed...or to nt conffuse the program, i set the delay in the song.ini to delay = -3350...then it said it was negative & was gonna ignore it. Is there a way around that?

If you're overriding the MIDI delay in a song.ini file, you have to use the srcoffset parameter. Ultimately, it may be better for you to send me some sample files and the exact command line you're trying to use so I can determine if there's a problem or if it's just that different parameters need to be used.

Thanks a lot Rayne!
I was gonna bump it and ask for a fresh link a few weeks ago when I was looking for this tool again(managed to find a local copy on my hdd though).
I do however have a request for a particular format though, and wondered if you can implement it into the tool. I'll wait for a reply before I go into details(if you're interested in working on this app again), if not, thats cool too.

Alright, I'll gather some information & what needs to be done before I let you know more. It should be relatively easy for you(i assume of course).
Thanks!

Re: FoF Lyric Converter 2.40b (100% success rate)
It's been a while, but a new build of FoFLC is in the first post. There are various improvements, the most recent being that LRC and ELRC imports can recognize millisecond timing.

I have no expectation that it wouldn't work. Make sure you know how to use a command line program, you cannot use this just by double clicking on it. Make sure to click the buttons in the first post to see different information hiding under each.
