It is possible to decrypt or decode .qrc file with your program?
Or maybe do you know some program that can help me?

I didn't know that some QRC files are encrypted. EOF cannot decrypt them. I'll ask the person who had me introduce QRC export to this lyric converter to see what's known about it.
