all you need is custom notes and frets and this would be my default theme

I agree that it needs some custom notes, or at least pixelated ones, like in the old 8-bit theme. Same with the multiplier and star power bulbs. Otherwise, this theme looks awesome.
I haven't had a chance to download and try it yet... Does it have custom sounds and menu music?

This does look a lot better with some 8/16-bit-style fretbuttons and notes. I copied ones from a copy of the old 8-bit theme I had (note: not my 8-bit NES theme), and it definitely added to the experience.
Although I realise now how outdated those old 8-bit graphics really are...

KrazzyKlown I liked his work but when I was quiz stayed small, then I increased the size and I changed the note of the star power.

The vehicle notes do look pretty small.
Overall though I like this theme, good job.
I hope you do more. :thumbup:
