Starpower/Overdrive Ready

Postby xxpunks » Thu Sep 24, 2009 5:59 am

Hi, i've played fofix several times now. But when my starpower is full it says STARPOWER READY.
and how does that work?!?!?!?! is it just automatic or do i have to do something? (yes i know what starpower is) but on ps3, wii or xbox360 you just hold the guitar horizontal, how does it work on PC?

HELPP!!

Putting your problem in giant letters and the subject in all-caps is not the way to go about asking. The default key for starpower is the Page Down key. You can change this by creating a custom controller.

Using a wired Xbox 360 controller I just went to the control settings and bound starpower to tilting the guitar up. If I remember rightly, though, this method doesn't work for PS2/3 controllers...

Tilting the guitar works fine for my PS2 Guitar Hero 2 controllers under my setup (RadioShack brand Playstation-to-USB adapter, running under Kubuntu 9.04). Of course, the Linux driver for the adapter doesn't pick up the whammy bar so I have that binded to the Select button. :\
