...this is actually surprisingly clever. They've managed to link our forum and their spam sites on the same thread. This forum has an okay page rank on Google, so it will help push up their own page rank, as long as Google crawls this before the post is deleted.
I'll come down again not long after, but still, I reckon this is an attempt to get their page rank up.

Do NOT reply in spam threads please. There's nothing you can do to make them stop. By posting in useless threads, you're only contributing in spamming the forums yourself with useless posts that will get deleted anyway. So again please, do NOT reply in spam threads, only report them.
