The directory must be named "songs", else the "Accept Folder" option won't appear.

Folder = Directory.
It should be 'songs', not 'song'.
One you have that directory setup with songs in it, go into the game and browse to wherever it is when it asks you to choose a directory. Assuming you named it 'songs' you will be allowed to accept it.
