I want to now if a theme of Rock Band 1 & 2 have the option to play the Mic part whit score, like in real RB. If exist any theme, from where i download him.

Vocal support is being worked on right now, it's not really playable (or maybe just enjoyable?) quite yet. Hopefully vocal support will be somewhat finished soon, but for now you only need to know that it's being worked on. If you want to try it out download fofix from svn, but that's not really recomended as the code there is quite unstable and it's basically a hackfest for the developers now implementing new features.
If you do download from svn, don't complain when it crashes (which it will more than likely).
If you're not a computer wizzard like some of the guys around here, you're probably better of waiting untill it's done and hits a stable release.

Themes for FoFiX are a completely different concept to mods for FoF. Themes cannot change what features FoFiX has, though in certain cases FoFiX makes slightly different features available depending on the theme in use. However, all new features have to be implemented in FoFiX itself - you can't get them with a theme. Themes are just that - how the game looks, not how the game acts.
