Yes, really. FoFiX issue 9.
Issue nine, man. It's that old. Only ten stars though.
@evil-doer:
Odd, I've only seen that when having a really full neck folder. I know I changed necks the other night when the red one became default. I'll check again for you tonight. In the meantime, since you have an animation, perhaps you should make an issue for the neck scrolling in the select menu?

i only have the 7 or 8 necks that got downloaded with the svn.
ill look into the google code issue thing later. ive never looked that much into that site and im a little scared of re-submitting the same issue or something and getting yelled at because it was described in a different way than i searched for or whatever. im just a little slow to jump into sites i dont understand like that.

It's not hard to makr a issue as a duplicate of another, so don't be afraid of that. Just take a quick glance at theopen issues before you submit one. Oh and guys, if you feel like watching development and progress, the updates list is probably something you want to keep your eye on.

Finaly, a featurefreeze
Something we needed for a long time (not trying to imply that its too buggy, just that its nice to see that stability (and maybe a public beta) is on the horizon)

we could add a C at the end of a text position in the theme ini like so
loading_Y_C = .3
the "C" would mean center so that the text middle would always be in the same spot. we Could also do it on all text like the game results part that shows what song you played so if it has a long title you could put the C in and it would center it so it looks a lot better.
sorry if im explaining this badly
Can we do this?

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
I've been using previews lately, i've never used them and i got this ideas... (Duh)
-To add one image preview_active.png to be shown when you listen to a preview. Kind of lgloss or a play icon next to the "Preview.." text in the song selection.
Complicated ideas ..
-Why don't we make kind of "Jukebox" like RB2 HAD.
-You can play the tracks u have in your songs folder, you can select which tracks to play, in real time so you can play real instrument with the song, like a backing track.
-You can scroll the song, i mean fast forward it or fast rewind it, pause it,stop it and stuff. Kind of music player, but if u want u can choose to play the song.
-I can make RB2 graphics for this easily.. If i'm bored i'll do it, it may be coded at some point, i think it won't be too hard.

First, there is a feature freeze. Any new ideas will have to gather dust on the issue tracker until a beta is released.
Second, "u" isn't a word, so your post was quite incomprehensible.

This idea is so stupid. If you want it to be in the center, delete the x line. And stop kissing ass.

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
jfosheezy, please don't quote yourself. If you want to make sure we see something, open an issue. Any more self-quotes that do nothing more than try to remind us of a particular issue posted earlier in this thread will be deleted without notice.
ultramodder, that's what starring an issue is for (once said issue is posted on the issue tracker).
Don't lose faith in the issue tracker. We may not respond right away, but if something is in the issue tracker, we will read it - and sooner if an issue gets lots of stars.
slash666, that (said in a nicer way) would be a very fitting issue tracker comment.
p_025, even with a feature freeze in effect we can still mark issues as accepted for the release after the next one. Nobody seems to be doing that yet, though. (I'll mention this to the other devs, in case they miss this.)
KiD... why not post it on the issue tracker? That's what it's for, after all.
Please don't go at each other for wording issues. Like most people, I prefer "you" over "u", but I will tolerate (though not use myself) "u" and other forms of abbreviation when used sparingly in context that makes their meaning clear and keeps the post coherent.
