That shows what are you playing. That is a guitar. There is also drums and bass and vocals for it. It doesnt activate for super powers.

Settings / "Display Settings" / "In-Game Display Settings" / "Show at Song Start: Countdown"
Change it to "Show at Song Start: Part"
