i think it might be easy in some resspects, if you work directly from source git/repos to port em,
as technically ios is a closed down osx / bsd unix
whereas android is a custom gnu/linux platform
i wouldnt suggest the apple sdk (you WILL literally be prohibited to create applications for non appstore distribution) im sure there was something about ppl making apps for cydia about this.
what about porting the osx one directly? e.g use the open iphone sdk and port thatta way? lol just trying to help
regarding the database for the songs, it literally could be a port to acccess it, (should it be an online database) or some sort of tap into the inbuilt sql ios has to use it (if its a local DB)?
its only just been viewed by my eyes, that thier doing this, but it SHOULD make things much easier.
nothing like a corrupted database when you have a lot of songs, or if you get a call (mid song) and it closes (if your going the cydia route)
oh well ,thats my thoughts on the matters at hand lol
