There's my infamous boob notes from my soon-to-be-released-as-soon-as-I-get-off-my-ass-and-finish-the-little-bit-that's-left-to-be-done theme based on the art of Salvador Dali. I'm not going to link them here or in my sig, but you can find links to them at the thread linked above. Drumnotes, and, God help me, spinnotes as well.
And as far as frets, I've got these:
"plastic guitar fret buttons"
"push-button fret buttons" (though I never got around to fixing the perspective)
"vibrating strings fret buttons"

That's easy. Just use an 1x1 transparent PNG for the fretbuttons.png, and you're done.
Credit where its due: those strings are from worldrave's Guitar Hero III theme.
All I did was add some motion blur to the end of the strings and place it in the fretbuttons file. (I put blank hitglows and hitflames into the zip, otherwise the effect was too obscured.) It should really vibrate the whole string, and it really needs a bridge at the base, but I don't think that's possible with FoFiX 3.120. Plus, the frets go over the strings.
EDIT: I just added worldrave's drumcenterlines.png to the zip file. I had neglected to do that earlier. (Although on one hand the idea of using guitar strings for playing drums is a little weird, the fretbuttons' effect doesn't work otherwise if you're playing with them.)
