It's much easier with "Brennig's" you can extract frames from video automatically. Much less time consuming than taking each screen by yourself.
Btw, where can i get Gh stage videos or something?

Here a better program:
VirtualDub (free and openSource)
Point 1:
Load a movie (need to be AVI or MPEG1) in VirtualDub. If it is not in AVI/MPEG1 convert to avi: Media Convert (Online Converter). There are also plugins to load MPEG2 and FLV (flash videos, e.g. on YouTube) for VirtualDub in the web.
You haven't a movie? Here some nice free loops: movietools.info
Point 2 (Alternative):
Main menu - Video - Filters => here you can add some filters (blur, flip, rotate... and so on... you can also make a resize, the mostly used function to reduce the resolution for the videos, 320x240 is a good idea IMHO).
Point 3:
Main menu - File - Export - Image sequence => just take PNG File format. Numbers of digits are the following zeros after the stage name, e.g. Stage00001, Stage00002, and so on...

--------- Question: How Do I Add My Animations?
Answer: Make sure your stages are in png format. Get Alarian 2.7.
Ingame, go to Game Settings, turn
Stages: Random
Rotate Stages: In Order
Rotate Order: 0.
Name the first stage, Stage1 or just 1, name the 2nd one Stage2 or just 2 and so on. Then add them to the Stages folder inside the Data folder.
