How to Convert Frets on Fire songs to rock band 3 con files
is there a way to convert frets on fire/phase shift songs to rock band 3 con files please some body explain how i only have until monday to convert them :(

There's no quick translation from FoF to CON. Rock Band has many strict requirements, so you're going to have to manually alter the MIDI to conform to the Harmonix standards and use Rock Band centric tools (like C3 Magma). Here's a tutorial video though:

You may be able to save a little bit of work by opening the chart in EOF, enabling the "Save separate Rock Band files" import/export preference and then using the notes_rbn.mid file as a starting point for your conversion. This will leave out incompatible chart features and add a couple of Rock Band's required features to the MIDI.

It's a lot to try to learn over the course of a weekend, you might be able to convince somebody else to port the charts to RB3.
