EoF: how to mark player 1, player 2?
Hi there, this is quite the awkward question, because normally I can figure these things out alone. How do you mark what player 1 plays and what player 2 plays in EoF? I need it to specifically mark that they play the whole song seperately (so basically, mark the whole song with player 1 and mark the song with player 2 as well).

I don't think you can mark what 2 players are playing on the same instrument track but you can just chart what one player plays on one track and what another plays on a different track. For example, chart what you want one guitarist to play on the "PART GUITAR" track under Song-Track and what you want a second guitarist to play on the "PART GUITAR COOP" or "PART RHYTHM" or some other track.

I'm trying to get an RB chart I got right, EoF doesn't have an option like Feedback where it lets you mark player 1 red and player 2 yellow? I have EoF 1.8b19.

EOF and FoF/FoFiX don't have a concept of what is player 1 and player 2, just separate instrument tracks that any player can choose.

I think what he is trying to explain is Face-Off mode. "In this mode, players alternate between playing sections of the selected song" [source]. In Feedback, this is what he is explaining.

If FoF, FoFiX or Phase Shift came to support this (or already do?), I'd be willing to add support in EOF.

My understanding is that face off mode was a guitar hero thing and may have been in one of the earlier Rock Band titles. As far as Rock Band goes, is it public knowledge how face off could be authored for custom tracks?

Notes 105 & 106 are used in Rock Band(105=Ply1,106=Ply2) for "Tug of War"(equivalent to GH Face-Off) [source].
