changing lane positions?

changing lane positions?
Sorry if I'm using the wrong terminology or if this is a really dumb question, but is there a way to change the order of the "lanes" as they appear on the "neck"? For instance, the order from left to right currently is red, yellow, blue, green... can this be rearranged to something else like green, red, blue, yellow, etc?
