making a video

ok, i have tried to make a video. i have fraps and i bought the best version of it. but when i make a video it always comes out huge. like when i tried to make a 1 minute long video it was 700mb. 1)is that normal? 2)can i make it smaller to upload

Yes it's normal, you'll have to use video editing software such as Sony Vegas or Premiere Pro to compress it with a decent codec.

If you can't 'acquire' a copy of Vegas or Premiere, Windows comes with it's own free Movie Maker, however it's very limited and not brilliant for quality.

I use SUPER to convert videos. It's free and it works really well.

I suggest these (free) applications:
MeGUI - Guide (I use this :tongue2: )
StaxRip - Guide
HandBrake - Guide

I think you should try a couple of applications and then decide what suits you the best.
