I'm playing FOF and I'm trying to hit HO's/PO's but I noticed that they are harder to hit than a Guitar Hero or Rock Band game. Are they always like this? If not, is there a mod that can make the HO's/PO's easier to hit?
---- EDIT ----
I have the GH3 mod on FOFiX
HO/PO

Re: HO/PO
go to options>mods, cheats, AI>GH2 sloppy mode an turn it on....only thing is that because it's classed as a cheat....points are deducted from ur final score.
either that or go to the hopo options an try just setting them slightly different to suit you. that way u wont lose any of ur score.

I'd imagine if u understood morse code, a tap dancer would drive u f***in nuts!
Re: HO/PO
Calibrate your lag. Even if you are just using a keyboard and a monitor there's still many factors that can contribute to lag
Go to options>display settings>In Game display settings> and turn Show Hit Accuracy to Numeric or Both. Play an easy song and calibrate your lag with the pause menu A/V lag setting
This does not change the note window at all and likely won't help you unless you have a bad habit of not letting go of higher notes when doing pull-offs. You can increase the size of the note hit window in options>gameplay settings>advanced gameplay settings
