EOF - selecting notes

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to select multiple notes with EOF? I know you can click a note to select it, or click Ctrl+s to select all notes, but is there a way to select certain multiple notes (like hold Ctrl and click the notes you want to select)?

Click the first note, hold Left Shift, click the last note - all notes in between will be selected

like hold Ctrl and click the notes you want to select

You can do this to select multiple notes individually or use Shift+Click as tyros suggested to select a range of notes.
