F1 and F2 problems help please

when i play a song where i play a chord with F1 and F2 it dosent work (when i play long notes with F1 and F2 combined it dosent work)

Try changing your pick button to something else such as right shift...

Startup frets on fire and look in the settings...

Other people have had better luck with changing the fret keys to such things as ` 1 2 3 4 or F4 F5 F6 F7 F8,
