Whenever I try to run the game, it says that windows does not have permission to open the file

Apparently I can't edit my old post, so sorry for the double post.
Found this at another part of the forum.
I use AVG and couldn't work out why it wouldn't let me run the program, now it lets me run it fine.

I had the same problem, in my case AVG was denying access to the exe even when choosing "ignore".
I solved it by opening control center and turning off "AVG resident shield".
