skygod256, you search for and download songs that you find in the Tune Posting forum.
im4dadevils, the game comes with 3 or 4 songs. If you download more songs, then make the folders and files are laid out similar to those included ones.

is there another way to convert a GH2 song to FOF's? The internal converter is way too slow, and even if that's unavoidable, it always starts ripping from the same song. Or is there a way in FOF to select what song to rip?
I ask this because I want to rip the custom songs i've put in GH2. And i couldn't figure out the import song option in FOF. That and most new custom songs in scorehero are now in .CHART format, not .MID

Ok download the MP3 and open it in Audacity (you can use others but Audacity is free
.
Now export The Song File as Ogg Vorbis into the Data folder ( or wherever you want).
Drop the DB to -15, and export it to the Data folder (or anywhere you like yet again). Save it as something different from the first (obviously XD.)
Now Open up the Song Editor and Import New Song, The Instrumental track is the one at 0 Dbs of change and the background -15.
Now you need to setup your notechart. Good Luck

Alright people, if you'd read the FIRST GOD DAMN POST, you'd see you have to UNZIP the .rar files with something like CamUnzip to expand the .rar file, THEN drag the resulting folder to the path above.
Oh, and BTW, for Macs, download you songs, then right-click the FOF app and select SHOW PACKAGE CONTENTS. Then go to CONTENTS>RESOURCES>DATA>SONGS. Then drag the song folders to the SONGS folder.
That should clear things up I think.
