Phase Shift Songs for Guitar Hero 3

Can anyone help me? been trying to figure this out all night. I read a tutorial for audacity but was really confusing considering i have no experience with the program. I will not switch to phase shift for personal reasons. thank you for your time

What program are you using for custom GH3 songs?

guitar hero three control panel. i try to add the song but get "gametrack cannot be parsed. unknown error:could not parse midi sequence

your song demon(s) by darkest hour. I only want to get darkest hour and i try to follow the directions but there is only a guitar.ogg. So when i use the control panel, i open up the mid file for the chart and encounter the error

Well all the said charts*GH SERIES* contain notations not recognized by GH3, as those notations where made after GH3. Perhaps if you were trying to import them into GHWT(GHTCP does not have support for) it might work. Perhaps you can try to re-import them into EOF(where I converted them to the said file) and enable the preference to save as a RBN file it will cut out all those specific GH-BAND game notations....extended sustains. e+ drum...drum rolls...etc etc.

ill will try both those suggestions and report if they worked or not for other people that have similar wantings. I thank you.

edit: the eof thing worked. Imported to eof and saved as eof. then it created 3 .mid files and clicked the one with rbn.

Bluzer i have a quick question, have any tips to import your songs to world tour? I want to try out world tour and see if it is much simpler but cannot find a tutorial.

You might want to read this thread at scorehero. Other then pointing that new tool to you i have no more advice(cause i never tried ghwt customs before).
