Problem with notes

I've got two versions of FOF. Alarian mode and FoFix.
I have a problem with songs from Guitar Hero 5.
On FoFix it works good, notes are the same as normal in Guitar Hero, but in Alarian mode notes are more , and for example: one note is very long (F1), and in this time when this note i should hold, the second (F2) I should repeat 5 times, when the first note is hold. It isn't normal. In other songs (guitar hero I,II,III, Puppetz hero) is normal, but not in GH 5.
I want to play normal in Alarian mode this songs from GH 5.
Sorry for my bad english, and thanks for any help and suggestions :)

Did you mean extended sustains, like in newest guitar hero's? they aren't implemented in fofix yet :C

But in FoFix there isn't anything like that, the notes are normal.
Problem with that is in Alarian mode..Maybe something in options?
