I have always wanted to play Frets on Fire, but have never had the PC performance to run it, and now that I do, I want to very much so. I have a few questions before getting started though. Also, I know I haven't searched before asking these questions, but I am lazy and have no idea where to do that, so please help me:
1. I love Rock Band 2, and I know there are many custom themes for it, but in everyone's opinion, which one is the best for easy performance and appearance? Also, how do I install it?
2. For guitar/bass, is it possible for me to use my Rock Band 2 wireless guitar (Xbox 360 version)?
3. For drums, is it possible to use an ION Drum Rocker (also Xbox 360 version)?
Thanks in advance for any help.

I suggest you try fofix, currently the most popular mod. Also on fofix subforum you can find fofix supported theme list. There you can find rock band 2 theme aswell

Yes you should be able to. You will probably need to get drivers from microsoft to make it work

I don't know about this, I do not play drums. Is the ION kit a lot different from normal?

I think for the wireless X360 Guitar you need a 20$ adapter. (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xb ... greceiver/)
And I don't really know the drums either. If they are wireless, take a look above.
If they are wired, i think you need at least standard x360 drivers (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/gaming/download.mspx)
