Granted, but you get attacked almost everyday and whenever you feel pain, you start to laugh a lot thus causing you to get locked in a mental institution. Also you become a masochist, you start a band called Suicidal Tendencies, and you make a song called institutionalized.

-The necessary buttons (including the PS button,start,select,up,down,left,right buttons)

-It has real guitar strings!
-A bayonet on top of the neck.
-Real sound effect switcher(Rock Band in case for use)
