Need Help on songs for GH3

I have placed some Phase Shift, but I am converting the files to mp3/ogg. But I need help on this. I am trying to convert then in CBR (Constant Bitrate). Any way I could do it? I have been using Sony Vegas and Total Video Converter.

I don't think you need CBR audio for GHTCP anymore,it can convert mp3 (with lame) and ogg fine to it's format (FMOD/fsb)

i use audacity and it converts audio to ogg
you can use audacity to convert audio bitrate/quality and vbr/cbr

I made my Mp3 files CBR and I keep getting the attempt failed.

My log said: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700B)
