You should do something similar to Rock Band 2's main menu.
In the foreground, have ROCKFAN and the the menus, and in the background have an animated concert or something.

or Flaming Flamingos Doing the Moonwalk, while juggling Chainsaws would be cool.

I would be grateful if you put this language in the RF

and I say"Support to create a guitar,bass,drums and microphone"
like Guitar Hero World Tour
you can create a player and instrument that you want to play

those notes are going to rotate slowly. and they wont use animation since they are 3d, so dont worry ;)
btw, that main menu will be changing. It's too big, bulky and ugly imo
new menu is up

I don't like menus
I think you can work more with photoshop
or try make animated menus
the font is terrible

it's going to change colors.
It's more organized this way.
If you don't like it though, this game will come out with a modder to mod the game. :)

I personally like the menus and such, it looks like more of a complete game when we had it before
