Phase Shift v0.70

Experimental version, video background feature needs testing, see homepage for details

Changes:

Added Basic Video Background Support
GFX settings no longer require a restart to apply
Added Skip track button for Menu background music
Prevented audio drop on sustain notes if released close to the end
Fixed PS whammy acquisition Bug When PS Is Active
Fixed PS Acquisition Duing Time Signature Changes
Applied Major Changes To Base Engine
Fixed A Bug with Controller Detection
Couple of tweaks to 3d stage
Included one video background for the new mode
Added Support For PS3 Guitar Hero 3 Guitar

Sweet I'll have to check this out later. I'm going to send in another controller log too for the next version. It's the same guitar, but it has 2 switches. 1 for Rock Band and 1 for Guitar Hero. I logged the Rock Band setting for the reciever.

Edit:
Just tried it. I can't seem to get the video to load. Something about "ffdshow" needs to load or something.

I got this in the gamelog as the last few lines.

I just ran that video by itself, outside of the game, and it just crashed my computer lol.

Just updated my DX and VS, and when I double click PS it shows up in my processes but the window doesn't show up:

this might fix video playback for some people, just gave it a try on my parents machine and it worked

Just tried downloading .70b
I got this in winRAR
C:\Users\lolno\AppData\Local\Temp\Phase_Shift_v0.70b.zip: CRC failed in Phase Shift\Data\Notes\Note_Green_Activate.png. The file is corrupt

I'm going to take one from a previous version and see if it works

We are working on it. There have been loads of changes since the last version and as such it makes it very hard to locate issues. We are slowly working out the issues and we'll be releasing frequently untill it's stable.
