Sorry for speaking my opinion (which is, apparently, worthless junk) about a product that this thread is about and comparing it to a similar product.

I would like to try it but I don't have a iPhone and no access to one and have no plans on getting one anytime soon.

People who have selected "Pearl Jam" as new DLC are in luck! 2 "Pearl Jam" songs are going to be available within the next week! It definately is a MUST-BUY! Vote in the poll your guesses as to what songs they will be!

It definately is a MUST-BUY!

Anywho it's pretty fun. I'm not too impressed by the setlist, but some of the DLC has made up for that. The hammer-ons are really what sets this game apart in terms of gameplay from things like TapTapRevenge and what not.

Hey, if you like a game, support the devs to make it better! I am still waiting for new Rush DLC though!

How exactly do the hammer-ons work? I couldn't really see how they'd really be useful in a game where you tap all the notes anyway.

Hammer-ons refer to special notes you don't have to tap. Instead, sliding your fingers over the notes will result in successful hits.

The term "hammer-on" has obviously been kept to preserve consistency between the different games and platforms.

Can you slide on all notes like on Guitar Rock Tour?

No, sliding on a note that is not a hammer-on results in a miss. You really have to tap normal notes.

I thought sliding was only for chords on that. I must be making it harder on myself

I actually bought this game legally. The controls feel very comfortable. There's some stupid animated GIF in the background but that's not too annoying. Online play is smooth. Setlist : meh.
You WILL need a whole lot of free memory in order to play this game to it's full potential. Will sometimes run laggy for jailbroken users.

I agree with you, Eddy. Downloading all of the DLC songs and combining it with the game itself will take you well over 300MB of space used up. Watch how much stuff you buy!
