my GH WT strum bar has stopped working so i have set up warranty and all that stuff, but why must i send just the neck when its the strum thats broken???

So then you'd have a spare neck and they dont like that.
Like with my original rock band, the strum bar broke, i had to send the WHOLE band box back drums and all even though they were fine
