well so far 6 or so songs from the list have been confirmed so it really is looking like it's a legit list

The song “Toxicity” by System of a Down was released for Rock Band as DLC on August of 2008, prior to the release of Rock Band 2. But those schemers at Harmonix already knew where they were taking the franchise, and even then had been authoring Pro-Drums charting into the DLC.

The pro charting for drums are in the midis for RB1 songs.

This is the midi for Welcome Home and the pro charting in the 110, 111, and 112 spots. I got the image from the rock band forums.

and i would almost say that that rumored leaked song list is real now because thats the 5th or 6th song off of it thats been confirmed, then others on it have been in other leaks

Have to say, the (thus far) announced song list does not entice me much, and aside from the rather ingenious way they incorporated more notes into the drums without filling up the neck with more stuff, I'm not too excited about this.
