lol, you have no clue how hard it was to get those done... i'll post a link for everyone once i do the starpower and stuff, which should probably take all of ten seconds... and they're not the most amazing notes in the world either, so don't be too excited

okay, so basically, the only thing those note work with (for sure) are guitar songs... slider notes aren't done yet/idk if i'll do it even because slider notes are kinda non-functional in PS anyways... i'll post up a thread tho for those who want to try them out and stuff =p

Can you post your GameLog.txt?
Also try Disabling Video backgrounds from the options menu.

Just put a new note pack together, grab from the homepage if u want to check them out, these are ment for the next version of the game that should be on the way soon, they have a couple of visual issues in the current release but it'll still work

nope, the ps notes are actually darker

it was the original backgrounds. it's just that the setting was automatically set to video. i had to change it to 2d.


But there is another problem though. when the song starts. the audio keeps going in and out, but the notes keep going, making it come off sync terribly.

the .71 version works perfect though

I tried to have a go at this when .75 was first released, but i've been having some major lag issues.
I was able to get the audio calibrated perfectly, but when i tried calibrating video, but it seems that it shifted the visual position of the notes AND the hitwindow, effectively being an alternative to changing the audio value.

to replicate this, pick any song, mute your speakers, and try to hit the notes when they appear perfectly in the center of the frets.
Then, drastically change the video lag, and see if anything changes at all.

the only way i could see this working is if you were to just learn to always hit early.

if the audio is cutting out then that usually means theres a performance issue and that will make it go out of sync after a while, only time i've seen this personally was when i had my cpu maxed out from background applications while trying to play the game

can you confirm this is a consistant issue, ie play v0.75 and have the issue every time and run 71 straight away after and confirm its completely fine

Sorry for editing my post so many times but I guess that actually didn't work. Still getting big lag problems on the new releases. It seemed like it worked fine when I first tried them, but maybe I was just blinded by features :P.
