Harmonix still retains rights to all the DLC past and future, I believe.
Besides, posting those cracked multitracks is still a huge offense to the bands and labels behind them.

What about the artists? Their work is their livelihood. Master tracks should be protected.

Oh, I thought I mentioned that.
That said, as a musician, I'm becoming fond of other musicians that are willing to share their masters, whether for pay or not. But, that's a discussion for another day.
MTV Games shutting down does nothing to change the situation of sharing of multitracks here.

Well... all of the RB songs are property of Harmonix, and MTV had no other games than RB, so... meh, don't care.

the past master tracks that had been posted here were only downloaded upwards of 10-50 thousand times, tops. You don't need to worry about their "livelihood." They'll be fine.
