Guitar Hero World Tour Drums Problems

Yeah. Here it is. My set's becoming an annoying piece of crap.

First, my set was fine, then my red pad died out, so I found a quick mod(adding a popsicle stick by the sensor) then it was fine for a month or two. Now the red pad is TOO sensitive. I have looked online, but found no solution, only people saying they have that problem. Yeah. Help anyone?

did you try the calibration software from activision?

if not, here you can download it, and here you can request a midi to usb cable
