Updating Song Database?

Updating Song Database?

I was wondering if just anyone who creates songs have permission to update the song database. I signed up for Wikidot and hit join this page, but says i need a password from an Admin, or something along those lines. If we DO have permission to update it, (and only if we do dont want to overstep any boundaries here) Who do I contact about doing so? OR who would I contact about updating it for me to include my songs?
