problems with activation e-mail

Hi all,
is there a problem with activation e-mails?

I registered last weekend, but did not get an activation e-mail. One day later, I found the option to resend the activation e-mail, but again did not receive a mail. I wrote an e-mail to '[email protected]' , but did not get an answer.

Today I used the option to resend activation e-mail again and finally got a mail :-)

Am I the only one that had such problems?

I was away on a business trip for a few days, so I couldn't get to your email until tonight.

As far as I know, the activation emails have been working properly. We've had a steady stream of new registrations, even someone else using email @gmx.de. Spam filter might have killed it too. We'll never know!

Well, checked my spam folder, but no activation mail in it.
Anyways, I finally made it here.

I know my first account back on Ikonboards had issues and I never got my activation email. Nwru actually had to manually activate my account.

Prophets say, every 10 zillion years, a special user comes and gets his account activated manually by the admins.
He's said to change the forums in unimaginable ways.
